Automotive Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform precision machining and repair on engine components
• Use lathes, milling machines, and other machining tools
• Conduct cylinder head resurfacing, boring, honing, and block work
• Inspect, measure, and assess engine components for wear and damage
• Follow strict tolerances and specifications for high-quality machining
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment for optimal performance
• Collaborate closely with technicians and service staff to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• Experience in engine machining or a related field
• Knowledge of machining tools, measuring instruments, and precision work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
